Choose Love x Socktopus: Socks That Spread Joy and Do Some Good
At Socktopus, we’ve always believed socks can do more than keep your feet warm. They can start conversations, show a bit of personality, and sometimes even help make the world a little better.
That idea sits right at the heart of our Socks for Good initiative, where socks meet causes that matter. Our latest collaboration, Choose Love x Socktopus, is a partnership that feels particularly special.
It brings together two organisations with something important in common: a belief that small actions can create meaningful change.
And yes, it still involves very good socks.
Who are Choose Love?
If you haven’t come across Choose Love before, they’re a humanitarian organisation doing remarkable work supporting refugees and displaced communities around the world.
Their approach is simple but powerful. Instead of working from a distance, they partner directly with local organisations on the ground, helping deliver the things people need during times of crisis.
Already in 2026, Choose Love has supported over 230,000 people, working with 45 partners across 15 countries. Since 2015 they have reached almost 9 million displaced people!That support can take many forms, including:
● Providing meals at refugee community centres
● Delivering psychosocial support for displaced families
● Supplying essential items like shelter, clothing and medical care
It’s practical help that makes a real difference, delivered quickly and directly to the communities who need it most.
Why Socktopus Partnered with Choose Love
Socktopus has always had a simple goal: spread joy with socks.
But alongside the fun designs and colourful patterns, there’s always been another goal quietly running in the background, giving something back.
That’s where our Socks for Good collaborations began.
As Josie (One of our founders and Creative Director founders put it:

The Choose Love x Socktopus Socks
So…what does a collaboration like this actually look like?
In this case, it looks like a pair of athletic-style socks designed around the iconic Choose Love logo.
The design is intentionally bold and simple. The logo sits front and centre, making it instantly recognisable and easy to wear.
Unlike some of our more chaotic designs (and there are plenty of those), this pair keeps the focus on the message.
It’s a sock that says something without shouting too loudly.
And importantly, it’s still built the Socktopus way: comfortable, durable and very wearable.
How Your Purchase Makes a Difference
Every pair of Choose Love x Socktopus socks helps support the work Choose Love is doing around the world.
That support quickly turns into real impact.
For example, campaign funds could help provide:
● 2,000 meals for refugees in Greece at community food centres
● Housing for 10 young people for two months
● Two months of psychosocial support for refugee women
